Managers & Shift Managers
Your introduction to One Stop will commence with a 12-week programme working alongside an experienced Store Manager
who will introduce you to the day to day store routine and also
our state of the art CD Rom Learning.
You'll also attend workshops in one of our training centres and these
will equip you with the skills and confidence to deliver great
retail services.
Throughout your career
with One Stop you will continue to be given full support and development opportunities.
Sales Assistants
You will be inducted into your new store by your Manager, who
will give you a full tour and outline the job role, before
guiding you through the first step of your CD Rom learning, our
state of the art e-Learning facility.
In the first four weeks we'll help you become familiar with the
store and support you in completing the first step of our training programme.
You’ll then move on to Step 2 which will give you many
more skills and the confidence to take your career further.

Within
our Head Office there are often great opportunities to join our
Finance, Human Resources, Property, Commercial, Supply Chain,
Retail or IT teams.
Your career at One Stop will start with an Induction programme
which will provide you with an insight into our unique business,
our growth and our future plans. You'll then spend some time in
a store on our Work In Store programme where you will experience
what One Stop retailing is all about.
Your development will continue through both team and individual
training covering a variety of courses ranging from technical
skills through to management excellence.
Every member of our team has a personal development plan and
will have regular opportunities to talk about career plans and
development training. Our managers also attend leadership skills
courses every year.
Training and development never stops in One Stop and once you
become part of the team you wont want to stop either!
